What Prompts a Content Review
• Factual errors or inaccurate clinical statements
Accuracy matters more than preserving an old version of a page. BotoxWiki welcomes credible correction requests and may update content when a factual error, outdated product information, misinterpreted study result, broken citation or material omission is identified.

How We Review Corrections
Correction requests are assessed against the underlying source material. Medical or regulatory issues may be escalated for professional review. We do not change a clinical statement solely because a party prefers different wording; the requested change must improve accuracy, evidence alignment or clarity.
Types of Changes
• Minor editorial change: spelling, formatting, broken links or wording that does not change medical meaning.
• Factual correction: a verifiable factual error is corrected.
• Medical or evidence correction: interpretation, safety wording, numerical data or evidence context requires substantive revision.
• Content update: new evidence or revised product information materially expands or changes the page.
Dates and Transparency
A substantive “last reviewed” or “last updated” date should correspond to a real content review. Cosmetic design changes should not be presented as if the medical content had been re-reviewed.
Retractions or Major Problems
If a page contains a serious error that could materially mislead readers, publication may be temporarily withdrawn or prominently corrected while the issue is reviewed.
No Pay-to-Correct Policy
Corrections are based on evidence and accuracy. BotoxWiki does not require payment to correct a factual or medical error.
